Shipping Methods

SHIPPING METHODS

For your convenience, the shipment of your order is usually made by the cooperating courier company, ELTA, either at your place or at the store of your choice. Shipments with a transport company are made in case of orders that are considered bulky, something about which you are automatically informed when completing your order. In this case (of the transport) there is no possibility of choosing the cash on delivery service.

* For areas which are characterized as inaccessible by the cooperating courier company (or transport), the delivery will take place at the nearest cooperating store.


PRODUCT DELIVERY TIME

Orders placed on movingaccessories.gr during business days until 15.00 and provided that the product is immediately available, are released from the store on the same day. Delivery time is 1-2 working days for urban, land destinations, 1-3 working days for island destinations and can reach up to 5 working days, for areas that are characterized as inaccessible by the cooperating courier company (or transport). The above delivery times have been estimated approximately and vary in cases of force majeure (eg extreme weather events etc.).

For orders that include products that are not immediately available, after the order, we will contact you by phone to inform you about their delivery time.


ORDER-BACK SEARCH

For your convenience, by closing your order and delivering it to the courier company, you receive in the e-mail you stated the order number and the link you can follow to see its progress.


SHIPPING CHARGES

The sending of orders from 50,00 € and above, is done without charge for shipping costs, for all the destinations of the basic courier network that we cooperate with. Orders up to € 50.00 are charged with shipping costs € 3.00 with VAT for orders with a total weight of less than or equal to 2 Kg and € 1.00 surcharge for each additional kilo. For bulky products shipped with a shipping company, you will be informed by phone about the shipping charge, as they are not part of the same policy. In case of payment by cash on delivery, the cost of the service is € 1.80 with VAT.
